Last updated June 7, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Zubui collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with our website and the marketing and lead-generation services we provide to our clients. By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Who we are

Zubui LLC (“Zubui,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a boutique digital marketing agency based in the United States. We build and operate lead-generation systems for home-service businesses, including paid advertising on platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google, automated lead delivery, reporting, and related services.

This policy applies to our website at zubui.com and to the services we provide to our clients.

2. Information we collect

  • Information you give us. When you use our website (for example, our audit quiz or contact form) or otherwise contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, business name and details, website URL, and any other information you choose to provide.
  • Information collected automatically. When you visit our website we may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring URLs, using cookies and similar technologies (including analytics and advertising pixels such as the Meta Pixel and Google tags).
  • Lead information we process for our clients. When we run lead-generation campaigns on behalf of a client, we receive the contact details and form responses that prospective customers submit to that client’s ads or forms (for example, name, phone number, email address, and answers to qualifying questions). This information belongs to our client; we process it only to deliver it to that client and to provide reporting, as described below.

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, secure, and improve our website and services.
  • Respond to your inquiries and communicate with you about our services.
  • Deliver leads to the relevant client and provide reporting, attribution, and campaign optimization.
  • Measure and improve advertising performance.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

4. Lead data we process on behalf of clients

When we operate advertising campaigns for a client, we act as a service provider (data processor) for that client with respect to the leads generated. We retrieve those leads from the advertising platform (for example, Meta’s lead ads) and deliver them to the client through the client’s preferred systems and channels.

We do not sell this lead data, and we do not use it for any purpose other than delivering it to, and reporting for, the client who owns it. Our access to and use of information obtained through the Meta platform complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

If you submitted your information to one of our clients’ ads or forms and have questions about how it is used, please contact that business directly, or contact us and we will route your request to the client who owns the data.

5. Advertising and analytics platforms

We use third-party advertising and analytics platforms, including Meta and Google. Information obtained through these platforms is handled in accordance with their respective terms and policies. You can review Meta’s Privacy Policy at facebook.com/privacy/policy and Google’s Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

6. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information.

  • With our clients. Lead data generated by a client’s campaigns is shared with that client, who owns it.
  • With service providers. We use vendors that help us operate, such as hosting, workflow automation, communication, and analytics providers, under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
  • For legal reasons. To comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, and protect the rights, property, and safety of Zubui, our clients, and others.
  • In a business transfer. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

7. Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Lead data is retained according to our client’s instructions and applicable platform limits (for example, Meta makes lead data available for a limited period). We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed.

8. Your rights and data deletion

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the use of your personal information, or to object to certain processing.

To exercise any of these rights — including to request deletion of your data — email us at [email protected] with your request and the details you provided. For information you submitted to one of our clients’ ads or forms, we will delete the data we hold and, where applicable, route your request to the client who owns it. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

This section also serves as our data deletion instructions for the Meta platform. You can additionally manage advertising preferences through your Meta and Google account settings.

9. Cookies and tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for functionality, analytics, and advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect how the site works.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children’s privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent changes. Your continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
